‘Devastated’ Vegan Takes Neighbor to Court over BBQ Smoke and Smell

An Australian vegan has taken her neighbors to court claiming they deliberately cook meat and fish on their barbecue so that the smoke wafts across their fence and into her yard.
Breitbart reports the woman said she is “devastated” because her backyard has been destroyed by the smell of cooking meat.
She also didn’t like the smell of her neighbors smoking or their kids playing basketball.
The courts have thrown out her case twice now, but she says she won’t back down, claiming the neighbors were “absolutely deliberate” in allowing their smells to cross into her yard.
