Alabama Democrat on Abortion: ‘Some Kids Are Unwanted, So You Kill Them Now or You Kill Them Later’

An Alabama Democrat is under fire over remarks he made about abortion during debate on a new abortion bill in that state.
The Alabama House on Wednesday, passed an abortion bill that would outlaw nearly all abortions and is now moving on to the Senate.
While in debate, Democratic State Rep. John Rogers voiced support for the abortion industry saying, “Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or you kill them later.”
In response, Republican Rep. Steve Scalise said “This is how extreme on abortion some on the radical left have become. This is disgusting.”
He added that views like this are why he’s calling for a vote on the House Floor to end infanticide.
