Rampart Communications, Inc. announced the appointment of technology industry leader Omar Javaid as Chief Executive Officer. Javaid succeeds Matt Ball, who served as interim CEO, and Aaron Correa who served as Senior Executive. The appointment is effective as of October 14, 2025.

Javaid has started two successful companies and held senior executive positions at major semiconductor, software, AI and communications technology businesses during his career.
