BOTTOM LINE: Maryland-Eastern Shore hosts UMBC after Brianna Barnes scored 20 points in Maryland-Eastern Shore's 70-67 win over the Loyola Chicago Ramblers.

The Hawks are 2-0 on their home court. Maryland-Eastern Shore ranks fourth in the MEAC in rebounding with 33.6 rebounds. Kaliya Perry leads the Hawks with 7.2 boards.

UMBC went 14-15 overall with a 4-10 record on the road a season ago. The Retrievers shot 38.0% from the field and 30.4% from 3-point range last season.
