The Board’s decision to elect Mr. Richardson as Chairman recognizes his strong leadership in continuing to scale AmeriPro’s services and geographic reach. Larry Richardson Biography

Mr. Richardson co-founded AmeriPro in 2018, serving initially as Chief Operations Officer and rising to Executive Vice President, then to Chief Business Officer from 2018-2025, and was named Chief Executive Officer in March 2025. Mr. Richardson began his career in the United States Marine Corps, where he spent five years as an active-duty Marine and three years in reserve before transitioning to the EMS sector, working as a licensed critical care and nationally registered paramedic. With more than two decades of experience in a diverse range of public and private administrative roles, he has excelled in operations, government affairs, business development, strategic planning, and revenue management. Mr. Richardson earned his MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He also has a master’s degree in finance from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree from Clayton State University.
