AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — A large health system in east Georgia has ramped up vaccinations ahead of the one of the state's premier sporting events. Augusta University Health officials say they plan to provide nearly 12,000 vaccines in the 10 days leading up to Masters week. The Masters is planned for Thursday through Sunday at Augusta National Golf Club. The health system said it's continuing to deliver thousands of doses of vaccines each week through its community clinics. The health system says it's still in need of volunteers who can help at the clinics in coming weeks and months.
