5 injured by gunfire at home in coastal Georgia, police say

BRUNSWICK, Ga. (AP) — Police say five people were injured by gunfire at a home in coastal Georgia. The Glynn County Police Department says officers were called just before 1 a.m. Friday to a house where they found one person shot amid a large gathering. A police news release states investigators soon learned four other people shot at the same location were being treated at a local hospital. Police say those wounded were between the ages of 18 and 21, and four of them had injuries considered non-life-threatening. No other details about the shootings have been released, and police have announced no arrests. The neighborhood where the shootings occurred is just outside the port city of Brunswick, about 70 miles south of Savannah.
