Venture Global, Inc. Announces Record Date for Cash Dividend

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar 3, 2026--

Venture Global, Inc. (“Venture Global”) (NYSE: VG) has announced today that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.018 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 16, 2026.
