Southland Industries Completes Brand Consolidation of The Brandt Companies

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 5, 2026--

Southland Industries today announced the completion of a brand consolidation with its Texas-based subsidiary, The Brandt Companies, unifying operations under the Southland Industries name.

Since acquiring Brandt in 2022, the companies have operated with integrated functions and shared capabilities, serving customers across multiple markets and locations. Now, under a unified name, this consolidation aligns the company’s brand with how the business already operates, further supporting customers with deeper resources, combined expertise, and cross-functional teams.
