Southeastern Grocers commemorates Veterans Day with $50,000 donation to the USO

In honor of Veterans Day, Southeastern Grocers, LLC (SEG), parent company and home of Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, together with the SEG Gives Foundation and DLJ Produce, is donating $50,000 to the USO in support of service members and their families.

In honor of Veterans Day, Southeastern Grocers, LLC, parent company and home of Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, together with the SEG Gives Foundation and DLJ Produce, is donating $50,000 to the USO in support of service members and their families.

The contribution represents the culmination of SEG’s fall partnership with DLJ Produce, which pledged a 5-cent donation for every pound of Razzle Dazzle Premium Grapes sold in Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie stores across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi from Oct. 1 through Nov. 11. Recognizing the USO’s vital role in connecting service members to home and country, SEG and DLJ Produce are honored to provide the full donation to advance the organization’s mission of strengthening America’s military families.
