Sound Growth Partners (“SGP”) is pleased to announce its majority recapitalization of Sunny Communications, LLC (“Sunny”) on September 24, 2024. SGP, along with Everside Capital Partners, provided all of the capital required to complete the transaction via its One-Stop Buyout™ structure.

Headquartered in Lakewood, CO, Sunny is the leading provider of refurbished land mobile radio communication equipment, including two-way radios, accessories, and communication solutions, in the U.S. Sunny also provides repair services and equipment rentals.
