BEDFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 13, 2026--

RSA, the security-first identity leader, today announced the appointment of Ryan Toben as Chief Customer Officer, a key addition to the company’s leadership team.

Toben is a proven customer success and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience driving commercial execution and sales strategy. As Chief Customer Officer, he will own and elevate the end-to-end RSA customer journey, serving as the voice of the customer and leading a global organization focused on helping customers realize value across every stage of their engagement with RSA.
