Effective May 1, 2025, Dave Chaimson, President, will be retiring, with longtime Executive Cristin Livezey stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Company Founders Susan Lipp, Chairman of the Board, and Jonathan Lipp, Chief Executive Officer, will continue overseeing Board direction, while Cristin assumes responsibility for day-to-day management and strategic operations of the business.

Livezey has spent the past 17 years at Full Compass in critical leadership roles, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. She previously served as Vice President of Finance and Supply Chain, overseeing the company's budgeting, procurement, and operational workflows with deep expertise and a steady hand.
