CTM Asset Management Closes $408 Million Collateralized Loan Obligation

CHATHAM, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 6, 2026--

CTM Asset Management LLC (“CTM”), a CLO manager formed and sponsored by Chatham Asset Management, LLC in 2024, today announced that it has closed a $408 million Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) transaction, CTM CLO 2026-3, which is the third transaction managed by the firm.

CTM CLO 2026-3 is backed by a diversified portfolio of primarily senior secured, broadly syndicated loans. The transaction brings CTM’s total CLO assets under management to approximately $1.2 billion.
