Careismatic Brands, a leading provider of healthcare apparel and an essential partner to the frontline community of care, today announced the appointment of Deborah J. Gendreau-Flynn as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Gendreau-Flynn will lead the company’s revenue growth strategy, overseeing sales, go-to-market execution, channel management, key account partnerships, and commercial performance across the company’s global wholesale channels.

Gendreau-Flynn brings deep expertise in building and scaling consumer brands through omni-channel distribution strategies, strategic account leadership, and the development of high-performing commercial teams. She will partner closely with Careismatic’s leadership team to accelerate disciplined growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the company’s market presence, while supporting its mission to serve healthcare professionals with innovative, high-quality solutions.

Gendreau-Flynn is based in Boston, MA, and began her new role on January 30, 2026.
