Brightwood Capital Provides Financing to Support Motor City Dental Partners’ Growth

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 2, 2025--

Brightwood Capital Advisors, LLC (“Brightwood”), a private credit firm with approximately $6 billion in assets under management, today announced that it has provided financing for Motor City Dental Partners (“MCDP” or the “Company”), a Michigan based dental platform. The financing will be used to refinance existing debt, fund acquisitions and strengthen the balance sheet. Raymond James & Associates, Inc. advised MCDP on the financing. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MCDP is a doctor-owned dental platform that empowers doctors with clinical autonomy while providing comprehensive operational support. Founded in 2012, the company partners with independent practices to streamline operations through centralized services such as procurement, HR, marketing, finance and IT. Led by dental practitioners, MCDP is committed to sustainable growth that enhances patient care and allows dentists to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
