AyrKing Unveils Redesigned 2934-Series Breader Blender Sifter

AyrKing, a leading manufacturer of food preparation equipment for commercial kitchens, announces the redesign of its Breader Blender Sifter (BBS) 2934 model family.

The updated models, designated BBSUL2934A, incorporates operator feedback and advances in equipment design to deliver increased flexibility and adaptability for evolving foodservice operations.

Originally introduced in 2012, the BBSUL2934 helped expand AyrKing’s BBS offering. With the new BBSUL2934A, AyrKing builds on that legacy by incorporating popular features from its BBS Flex line and expanding accessory compatibility to meet the changing needs of modern kitchens.

Among the key enhancements:

• New easy to attach shelf system enables users to easily add or remove shelves, improving pairing options with accessories such as the DrumRoll Automated Breader.
• Optional over shelf system is now removable, allowing operators to purchase the shelf later or leave it off entirely depending on space or workflow requirements.
• Updated doughball chute design reduces how frequently operators need to empty the waste container.
• Improved sliding lug tray and tubing simplify access to the reclaimed dry breading.
• Same footprint ensures the redesigned model fits in the same footprint as earlier versions while offering improved functionality.
