O’Hara’s Son Roofing (“OSR”) today announced that CP Rankin Inc. (“CPR”), a top-ranked provider of commercial roofing services, has joined the OSR platform. The transaction marks OSR’s third strategic addition since it was acquired by an affiliate of Angeles Equity Partners, LLC (“Angeles“), a private investment firm focused on value creation through operational transformation.

This strategic combination strengthens O’Hara’s Son Roofing’s presence across the Eastern United States and further advances the platform’s objective of building a scaled, diversified, national commercial roofing services business. CP Rankin’s geographic footprint, customer relationships, and significant service organization are highly complementary to OSR’s existing operations.
