Taken from my own Psalm 23 -- The Lord Is My Shepherd, which I wrote after 911.<br /><br />I had always loved the refrain so much and wanted to use it for a short orchestral work. The guitar solo is a variation on the theme. The string quartet is taken directly from the SATB choir parts. The fourth stanza -- a mini Concerto Grosso.<br /><br />~ GS
