I absolutely adore Reckless Love of God by Cory Asbury! I feel every word as I sing this song and a sense of relief fills me. I wanted to do a cover to show the power of God's reckless love and the fact that he will do anything including leaving the 99 to find us again. We are precious to God and Cory Asbury wrote a song that shows us that. I hope you all enjoy the cover and God bless!

I've always found the blues a great medium for singing about the gospel - I guess it's a good vehicle for the journey from being lost to finding redemption. I put them to music quite a few years ago as they spoke to me about the surrender which Jesus asks us to make to him. A lot of people respond to this song, both believers & others. This live version is from a busking session at a market in Auckland. The mandolin player is my wife, Brenda Liddiard.
