Are You Thirsty for Revival? | Idleman Unplugged

Church programs can keep running smoothly, but without God’s presence, they’re just noise. As Gene Easley put it, mountains won’t move until He comes. Revival isn’t something we manufacture—it’s a sovereign move of God. But He still calls us to participate, to humble ourselves, to seek Him with everything we’ve got. Pride, popularity, sin left unchecked, and trying to control spiritual experiences all get in the way of what the Holy Spirit truly wants to do.

It’s time to stop trading holiness for relevance. When leaders flaunt their liberties or fear letting God shake up their Sunday schedules, they’re quenching what could be a powerful move of the Spirit. Revival doesn’t follow our plans—it follows surrender. The Spirit fills the broken, the hungry, the ones willing to risk comfort for fire. The question isn’t whether God wants to send revival. The question is—do we want it badly enough to make room?
