VANCOUVER, British Columbia & PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 3, 2025--

International Battery Metals Ltd. (“IBAT”) (TSXV: IBAT) & (OTCQB: IBATF), an advanced technology provider of modular direct lithium extraction (DLE) systems, today announced the promotion of Don Bender to Vice President of Technology. Bender previously served as the Company’s Director of Engineering.

Bender has more than 24 years of experience in engineering and process systems development with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in high-growth technology environments.
