Freed Associates Announces CEO Succession Plan

Freed Associates (Freed), a family-owned management consulting firm dedicated to healthcare, its employees and clients, today announced a formal leadership succession plan. After 34 years, founder and CEO, Dava Freed will retire in June of 2026. Alexandra (Allie) Freed, currently a senior leader with the firm, will become the company’s next CEO.

Over the past 13 years, Allie has held multiple leadership roles at Freed, spearheading major client initiatives, expanding marketing capabilities, and shaping the firm’s long-term growth strategy. With expertise in process improvement, systems optimization and organizational alignment, Allie has earned a reputation as a trusted partner to the company’s esteemed healthcare clients and a respected leader within Freed. Her expertise in healthcare and consulting, combined with her passion for collaboration with clients and colleagues, will guide the firm and its clients toward a successful future.
