BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 29, 2025--

Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DK) (“Delek”) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share, to be paid on November 17, 2025, to shareholders as of record on November 10, 2025.
