Cadre Holdings to Acquire Assets of Tedder Industries, Including Alien Gear Holsters

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar 26, 2026--

Cadre Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CDRE) (“Cadre” or “the Company”), a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of safety equipment and other related products for the law enforcement, first responder, military and nuclear markets, today announced that it has agreed to acquire Alien Gear Holsters and certain assets from Tedder Industries, LLC, for $10.3 million through a court-supervised bankruptcy auction.

Launched in 2014, Alien Gear Holsters is a leading manufacturer of proprietary holsters and gear for the consumer, law enforcement, military, and security markets. Subject to bankruptcy court and regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026.
