Purity equates to how strong our personal walk with the Lord is. Every day is a challenge, and exercising spiritual disciplines is the key to winning the warfare between our spirit and our carnal desires. The stronger we are spiritually, the less desire we have to fulfill the lusts of the flesh. 

 

To try to be perfect is a losing battle. It's not about what you're not doing; rather, we should focus on what we are doing.
